Terms & Conditions -

• If event is at our place, or venue partners place, there shall be no additional charges for travel, stay or F&B.

• If event is at your place, or outside place, there shall be additional charges for travel, stay or F&B, and same shall be paid in 100% advance.

Refund Policy -

​

• If event gets cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the event shall be repeated on any other day (mutually agreeable), amount will be adjusted for any next available dates.

• If event gets cancelled from our side due to any reason whatsoever, we do the 100% refund within 7 working days or we ask for a new repeat date of event, if suitable and agreeable to you.

• If event gets cancelled (prior to 48 hours) from your side, we refund you the 80% amount within next 7 working days or we ask for a new repeat date of event, if suitable and agreeable to you.

• If event gets cancelled (less than 48 hours) from your side, there shall be no refund.

Privacy Policy -

• We do not share your contact data with anyone.

• We do not sell / buy contact details from / to anyone.

• We will not send you any spam mails / messages.

• WE may only send info about future astronomy events to you, only if you have said so during our live interactions (during the events).
